Joe Kirchhoff is a Partner and the Founder of Kirchhoff. Previously, Mr. Kirchhoff founded and managed Kirchhoff Construction Management, a preeminent construction management firm in the Hudson Valley for over three decades. Over the course of his career, Mr. Kirchhoff has garnered experience in virtually every facet of design, construction, development and property management.

John Hettinger is a Partner of Kirchhoff. Mr. Hettinger began his career in the Corporate Advisory Group of Perella Weinberg Partners, and currently sits on the Harvard Alumni Real Estate Board and the Policy Advisory Board of the Fisher Center for Real Estate and Urban Economics at the University of California, Berkeley. Mr. Hettinger graduated from the University of Florida and earned his MBA from Harvard Business School.
